Car Care Clinic Vereeniging ,treats Clients bad

Graeme the New Manager at the Vereeniging branch is mistreating Clients,and he told me to my face that he doesnt care and he also mentioned that his Boss is supporting him.I took my car to them in early December 2020,since he took the car for fixing,he never calls to communicate whats going on with the car,I constantly have to follow behind him to find out how far he is,he never care to Update .Very Rude and very Unproffesional,has a Bad attitude,he told me My car is the Least Paying car,so he doesnt care.He also allowed his workers to put Dirty Car Parts at the back of my car,which he was never instructed to even open ,because the problem was in the front.He is a very bad Manager and out to destroy the Business.If they think they dont need my Business,they should have not taken the car for fixing in the first place,If I knew ,just how bad the service was,I would have taken the Car somewhere else.I am never going to take any of my cars to Car Care Clinic
