Car Care Clinic Vanderbijlpark - BAD SERVICE RECEIVED

I took my car in for service at Car Care Clinic Vanderbijlpark on Tuesday 12th September 2023 for the first time. When I got my car back the cover for the engine was missing. I have reported this back to them however, they don't seem to be very bothered by this matter, especially the manager there. The only response I received from the mechanic was "I will make a plan", whatever that means. I was not aware that I needed to take the "before" and "after" photos of the state of my car before taking it in.
