Car care clinic Northcliff

Worst experience ever with Car care clinic Northcliff, took the car for diagnosis as it was overheating and they called to tell me what the problem is and that it will cost about R9500 which I agreed to. About 2 days later I was told the car was ready for collection in which I went to collect the car and drove out for about 6 km only to find that it's still overheating and the engine light is on. Went back there and they asked me to leave the car so they can open the top which I was charged R4500 for.

They sent a quotation of about R65000 which I told them was too much and won't afford it so I'll collect the car instead, long story short car was still stripped and was told they don't put it together if I don't fix it with them so had to tow it from them, most of the parts are missing,spent about R16000 on a car that wasn't fixed but damaged. Person I was dealing with says the company was sold and tlas the new staff they don't know about our arrangement with the previous boss. If there's anyone who can assist with this please.
