WORST SERVICE EVER. My car was booked in 7 December 2022 for diagnostics. Manager said it is problems within the head and that it will approx. cost up to R20 000 to fix. Week after week there keeps on breaking and damaging stuff on my vehicle and still they cant get it fixed. The car would just stand there and not be worked on. My battery was ****** out of my vehicle and they replaced it. But why was it ****** from my vehicle ? The car was transfer and assessed by varies mechanics and specialist accorsing to the owner. It has been almost 5 months now and still the car is not repaired. They even let my engine melt some of the covers due to not fastening the cover in the engine causing it to burn on the turbo. They did not even notify me directly of this because they would have fixed it. It is impossible to have a conversation or get any feedback from the owner of the shop.
