Car Care Clinic Little Falls

So I shared a review approximately 10 days ago regarding ovecharging to a pensioner by this branch of car care clinic. I did receive a call from a Dirk who claimed he was from the head office and was at the branch collecting documentation and would get back to me to clear up the situation. Lo and behold we are 10 days later and I have still not received a call or an explanation. So once again I re-iterate to all make sure you do your homework before going to this branch of car care clinic for repairs etc etc.
