Car Care Clinic just doesn't care

I had a really bad experience with Valley View. Was initially quoted R21000 for a major service, tie rod ends and bushes, and an oil leak. Reduced the quote to R9000 by leaving out the tie rod ends and bushes. After receiving the vehicle bad it suddenly was experiencing power losses. Took the vehicle back and was quoted another R9000 for an air pressure sensor which I declined as I wanted to see if I could get it done at a better price. To my amazement the workshop I took the vehicle to picked up that the vehicle wasn't serviced at all. No coolant, old oil filter, old oil... BUT the shocker : the oil leak was repaired with old rags pushed up into the engine compartment to prevent oil getting to the floor. AND while the personal was very friendly and apologetic it doesn't take away the fact that they delivered the worse service ever... I have since emailed their head office and have been ignored.
