Car Care Clinic is the worst

I am deeply dissapointed in Car Care Clinic for putting me through a very saddening Womensday and utterly inconvience possition. I had put my trust in them and they caused a accident with my car and try to blame the other person. that all happpened on the 7th of August25. we took our car for a major service to be road ready for the weekend ahead. PJ the manager **** to us about what happened, he told us that he was on the phone with their head offfice to organise a courtresy vechile for us to use. my partner and i decided to go home because it was getting late and very cold and she had an operation and the hand started to pain because of the cold. JP told us he was willing to wait but it could take longer than we thought,, we said its ok we will wait for the car for the next day. the Friday he said he were waiting for head office. On saturday we contacted him and he said head offfice we closed. so we had to cancell all our plans for the womansday. on Monday my partner went there and he were in Malmesbury. we trusted Car Care Clinic ad this how they treat us. my partner need to go to doctor appointments. why should we be the ones contacting them, why cant they keep as calm and assured about what is going on, and it does not take a day to hire a car. I were nearly ****** this morning on my way to take a taxi for work, i am so stressed and emotional. i am really on my last straw....
