Bad experience with Car Care Clinic in Brooklyn, Pretoria.

Firstly, received car back from them without a heat shield covering the manifold, as well as other loose parts found in my boot that wasn't put back. They had the car for nearly three weeks searching for the missing heat shield cover, whereafter they eventually replaced it with a new shield cover.

I received the car back and discovered that my car's jack is gone. The jack was under the spare wheel in my boot when I took the car to them initially.
