Car care clinic boksburg - very poor service

I took my car ( Audi A3 TFSI 2016 Model) to car care clinic Boksburg on 20 April 2024 to have it serviced , prior to service I had noticed that the dashboard was showing EPC and engine light with no power. So when I dropped it off I did indicate what I had picked up and requested that they assess what the issue is and inform me how to resolve the issue and cost , 3 hours later the workshop manager calls me to inform me that they would need to replace the throttle body for R12 000 as a permanent solution however if I pay R1000 for engine to be flushed and throttle body cleaned this should remove these error codes .So I went ahead and paid , upon collecting the car I noted the same issue and pointed it out to the manager and their technicians only to be told that they could not remove the error codes as such I would need to bring it back on Monday [22 April 2024] so they can check if it the sensor or the throttle body , in essence the throttle body was never even checked at all and the technician kept on saying he tried to remove the error codes using the machine but he does not know why they keep coming back.

So please do not dare take your car to this workshop the team there is clueless when it comes to car issues and how to resolve them...I am never taking my car anywhere close to there.
