Car care clinic AKA CAR DAMAGING CLINIC AND DISHONEST MANAGER.

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER, I took my car there on the 19/11/2020, I didn't know that I took my car to CAR DAMAGING CLINIC, the manager promised me that I will get my same day cause it came in very early in the morning, I waited the whole day for his call, he called me around 16h30 telling me stories and I will collect my the following day, fine I understood. The following day he came with another tale, I only managed to collect car on the on the 26/11/2020 with a tow truck that I had to pay for. I went there driving my car, all I wanted was a major service and cam belt change, I don't know why my engine top was st**********, when I went back to collect my car I found my engine in pieces and the manager still tells me that I will get my car in two hours. He had charged me 10 000 ZAR and I was willing to pay the amount and I made it clear that him that the car is for business as it branded. I lost a lot of revenue because of this company and their *********** and lying employees especially the manager at their Boksburg branch, right now my vehicle is at Ford Kempton park and the are changing me more because of the missing parts and the valves are broken, when I ask the manager he said his mechanic made mess on my engine, I wonder if their so called technician is qualified. I am still checking their status with RMI cause I won't let this slide.
