Car Care City - Randfontein - Substandard Service and Subsequent Vehicle Damage

Without exaggeration the worst service ever experienced by myself, the car came back with an issue a day after it went for service, an issue it never had before I drove into their workshop - strangely and mysteriously after the workshop suggested the "brake fluid flush" – my car mysteriously started having issues with the brake fluid itself, the brake fluid reservoir was found to be completely empty a day after going for service, subsequently my clutch was impacted, I am now having to get the issue repaired by an independent mechanic. The car was not washed , they forgot to call me to fetch my car , I had to call in and enquire if the car is ready. They even forgot to do a "manager's special" that they had sold to me as a promotion for an additional price. They then offered it to me for free when I brought it to their attention that my car had an issue post service. I declined this "free offer" fearing that they would further cause more damages. Any service center would show you the parts that had been removed or worked on after the service but this was never the case with them , they were very comfortable to tell me about a clause on their invoice that I had signed after the effect with my car having issues.
