Ca care clinic don't care about clients

If I could I would rate them zero. Poor service, I have been waiting for a copy of my invoice of a service that was done in Menlyn. The Menlyn shop has closed down and head office people (Wirral gate) are rude and always make promises to call you and never call. The lady was screaming at me on the phone.

The service manager also promised to call and didn't call, when I called they said he will call in 10 min. Its been two weeks 3 days that I have asked for a copy of my invoice and I'm still waiting....this information is for my insurance company because I have a claim against my warranty. I can't drive my car and it can't be fixed because I'm waiting for this document for two weeks.

This a so inconsiderate and car care clinic don't care about clients. Will never set my foot there, it was the first and last time.
