Bad service for the first time.

Very very disappointed, with my first experience with this so called company car care clinic in Northriding, very dishonest management team lead by the guy called Ruan or Ryan who think everyone who brings a car to their establishment is stupid, took my car to them this past Saturday the 18th of Dec; a black Daihatsu materia at 08h00 n the morning for full service which they charged me R2295, after waiting for the car to be done and at around 14h00 the brought it back the saying that the service was done, when I took the car I realised that something was not right and that *********** Ryan guy say to me that everything was done, then I took it to this other gentleman to check if the job was done properly, to my surprise when the guy check the car, the car care clinic guys serviced my car without changing sparks plugs, they just took my R2295 without doing the proper and they think it's was just fine, I went back to them after that on the 21st to complaint, because I had spend again for other new plugs, this other girl by the name of Lerato has the audacity to tell me that it's was a mistake, and even if I shout nothing will happen. They gave me a refund of R180 for the plugs of which I beleive they had charged me more. My advise to everyone is to check when you take your car to them because some of this good name establishment are serious ******.
