Bad Service and Attitude

Anyone out there, don’t ever try to take your car to car care clinic in Midrand. This guys they have bad service and even have attitude towards their customers. They full of lies and dishonesty, they don’t care about customers and treat them bad. I have 3 weeks now waiting for my Car (VW Scirocco) to be fixed but they are lying to me and don’t even deliver the service. They told me to buy the parts and when I bought them they take 5 days to get back to me and when they come back they tell me about the wrong pistons that I have procured hence I got specification from them and even confirmed at the dealership. When I keep on calling them they lie to me by saying that the engine crank and block of my car is still at engineering for polishing, this took almost two weeks. I say this because am not happy at all about their service and I ask everyone not to bother him/herself by sending their car to this organization that does not care about some their customers feelings. I want my car back and fixed with no excuses!!!!!

I thought they are perfect but since is been bought by the new manager is actually rendering poor poor poor service! I will share this to everyone around the world to know how bad is this business. Apparently am not the only one having issues, there are few guys I know who complained in front on my eyes. I regret trusting them, thy are so pooorrrr! Bad service sies!

They even speak Afrikaans when answering the phone! Where transformation here? Where is the new South Africa here? Wow bad service indeed.
