Bad service

I had a very bad experience at Car Care Clinic Montana.

Last year November I took my car for a service and they phoned me to say that my breaks is not in working order. I then gave them permission to change the brake pads.

Since then I had so many problems with my breaks which I never had. I took it back saying that it was making a lot of noise the moment I break. They apologised and said that it is the fabrics fault and that they will replace it.

2 days after they replaced it, it started to make a noise again. I took it back and they told me again that it was the fabrics fault they will replace it. In the mean time my car broke down as well and it took them a full 4 days to find the problem!!!! They promised to phone certain times and then they never phone to give feedback. They do not communicate with their clients at all.

I started to phone them and when I told the receptionist that they do not give feedback at all she sat the phone down in my ear.

And once again... I got my car back and the break were still making a noise. I took it back to them today, nobody gave me feedback, nobody spoke to me, they sent they mechanic to give my keys back.

Their communication is so bad! And their client service as well!

They do not dix your car, they damage it further. I will never support them ever again.
