Bad Customer Service from Car Care Clinic

I’m so disappointed and disgusted about the service I’m currently receiving at Car Care Clinic in Northcliff.

Yesterday I booked my car for a clutch replacement, I spoke to the manager Christo and he assured me that the car will take 1 day. Today I dropped my car at 7:50, during the day I was calling checking if everything was fine Incase I might need to make transport arrangements since I’m driving to centurion and Christo assured me that everything is fine and that I’m gonna get the car today. My last call was at 15:47 and he told the car will be ready at 17:00.

I went the at 16:40 and waited and at 17:30 the told me the car won’t be ready since there is a problem with the parts they bought, I told them to make plans for me since I need to travel home to Centurion 43km and back, I was told that it’s not their problem that the car is not ready and that the can’t authorize a cab for me, I need to make plans for myself.

What kind of service is that, I want this people to be delt with, another issue is what kind of parts r they using that don’t meet the spec?
