Bad customer service and work

I do not recommend this company. I took my car (Audi A3) to the Vanderbijlpark branch for clutch kit and flywheel replacement, when the car came back I was not happy with the repairs as the sounds were still there just not as intense as before. I complained about it and was told to bring the car back for a day or two. It’s been two weeks since I took my car back and there hasn’t been any form of communication. When I ask for an update I get ignored.
