Bad Car service probably not RMI accredited

Bad service on my car. Damage on my car is irrefutable

Extremely disappointed and heartbroken by the terrible service and lack of accountability from Car Care Clinic Vanderbijlpark Riverside Boulevard.I took my car in on 26 June 2026 for a simple minor service. They detected faults that required removing the engine to replace a rubber band/belt. I trusted their expertise and agreed to the repairs. Shortly after, I drove the car to Mpumalanga.Just three weeks after arriving, the engine light came on, the sensor tripped, and the AT (Automatic Transmission) light turned on. I am now facing major engine and gearbox problems. These are incredibly expensive issues caused directly after their major intervention.To make matters worse, I called the branch to report this, and I have received absolutely no feedback.Car Care Clinic Vanderbijlpark needs to own up to their poor workmanship, contact me immediately, and fix the extensive damage they have caused to my vehicle. Avoid this branch if you value your car and your peace of mind.

I have a 6-month guarantee on their service, but instead of fixing their clear mistake, Hendrik and Co. are trying to bully and **** me.
