Avoid Oakdene Car City Clinic

STAY FAR AWAY! A Negative rating for OAKDENE Car Care Clinic would definitely suffice!! If you value good and honest business, stay far away from this place!!! I took my car to them a day before the actual booking date as for them to finish my car on the 14th of March. I got a phone call from them only at 11 am on the 14th whereby they want to know what is wrong with the starter. I was never informed that the work on my car is going to take Two days. I only got my car back on the 15th of March. The final amount just TO OVERHAUL the starter on a Etios was a staggering R7 798,80!!!! They charged me for THREE HOURS LABOUR which is totally ridicules for removing and replacing a starter on a Etios!!!!! Their modus operandi is to **** you out of your money. When I explained my dismay to them, the receptionist was very arrogant towards me. Its mind blowing how Car Care Clinic Oakdene can allow such an arrogant person to work with the public! I also strongly suggest that RMI re- evaluate their association with Car Care Clinic Oakdene. Oakdene Car Care Clinic should be closed down as to prevent them from swindling and ****ming hard working people out of their money!
