A Happy and Satisfied Customer

I dropped my car at Car Care Clinic in Bellville and left my details. Later that day, I received a call after necessary diagnostic and checks were done on the car. The admin lady promised to send me a quote, and I waited and the quote did not appear on my email, and I started to panic because it was my first time using Car Care Clinic. I called to ask about the quotation and she told me she sent it via the email just few seconds ago, and I checked nothing. Later, called to ask if she can send it through WhatsApp; she agreed but nothing came through to my WhatsApp!

Driven by anxiety, I read the reviews for Car Care Clinic on Hello-peter and almost all of them were negative. Long story short! The email address she took was incorrect because my "k" was written as "l", that's why the quote she sent did reach my email address; I found out when I went to collect the car. So the quote was the one we agreed on verbally.

Their service was perfect and the original problem I sent my car for was resolved, and I am happy. And I recommend this branch.
