Poor service and rude account lady

I have been canceling my account since August, only to find out I send the 1st email to no reply email, September I send it to the xorrect department, they emailed me to say they will send my credit of R800 to my account, October got bill where they again took money. Today called and spoke to lady at accounts and was she rude. Just because I said no dare I cancelled in Sept she came donlwn on my like a ton of bricks. Please listen to the recording seeying that it was recorded. If she can not work with people don't let her talk to people. The she transfered me to Sandra that also never gone through I was just placed on hold.

On the email of August their was no cancelation email as per the new email that they are sending.

I want my account to be refunded, as end Septemebr as per email agreement.

And get someone that can talk to people in a professional manner, as your person that speaks to your clients are also your face of your company. The experience was lacking.
