Zero starts, they don't deserve any ratings

I have used Capitec for over 10 years but there's recently suspicious activity in my account.. Capitec took my money and concluded that another financial service provider deducted money twice while they took it, it's sitting under Balance without reason. Dont use this bank for anything, especially debit orders because Im canceling it. If its not the app crashing every month its the money disappearing without any assistance. How do you explain the money sitting in the Balance if the other company took it? In this economy you are taking funds away from customers and your call center employees are just not effective and are clueless. Cancel this bank its lost its credibility.
