Zero clientelle
On Saturday morning I when to withdraw money from a Capitec ATM I get an sms that R3000 has been withdrawn but no cash came out from the machine. I waited next to the atm got another sms rectifying the error but my Bank cards was swallowed by the ATM I then went to Capitec Bank to report the matter and I was told I have to pay for the card even though it was not my fault.
