Zero client care

I wish I can rate Capitec Insurance zero or negative . These ppl are really *********** and careless. Their "I dnt care" behavior breaks families. I've been paying a policy every month for some years but I've noticed a misprint on my uncle's name. Fortunately I noticed before he left us. I went to Grahamstown branch to rectify nd I was told that they are going to cancel nd open a new policy, but if something happens I must inform the consultant that he was covered before. Unfortunately something really happened, my uncle left us. I went to the branch to make a claim on 19 December but till today . What they did they decreased a cover amount after I made a claim nd when I ask them in the branch they don't have answers. I 've been calling them on their client service number even them they can give any clarity . The branch manager emailed them bt still no response. They don't even communicate with me I have to call them / visit the branch.
