How does it take for Capitec bank to investigate? From the 9th September, really? The only thing that I'm getting from you is empty promises that someone will contact me. When I'm doing follow up it's either Nomathemba is on lunch or busy on call, she will call me back. I don't want calls from Capitec because the last call I received was so unprofessional, I just want my money. Is that too much to ask?
