YOUR STAFF AT THE SMITH STREET BANK IS IMCOMPETANT

<p>I usually come out at work at 17:30 I decided to leave early today because I wanted to go open a capitec account I get there at 16:50 the consultants first question was WHY DID YOU COME AT THIS TIME, straight after that they said my proof of residence was not right meanwhile I went to the branch and didn't have my ID they said it's fine I must bring my ID now they said I must go back because I came at 16:50 I don't believe the service and staff becaus now I can't go to the bank anytime soon because I finish work at 5:30</p>
