Your selfie feature is dysfunctional

Your new security measure is holding my money hostage. Face ID is there. I use it to verify myself why would you ask me for a selfie and make it impossible for the selfie to be good enough? If there is no way to remove this new feature from my account I will absolutely be closing it because the account is useless now.
