Your money not save at Capitec Bank

I have previously reported about Capitec Bank allowing third parties doing transactions on your account without your consent. This was taken up with their ***** department and after 4 months they came back reporting they can't do anything about it, I just have to accept a R4500 loss. Clearly in my opinion they don't accept responsibility around gaps in their control systems and my conclusion is therefore confirmed that one's money is not save in their hands.
