Dubbel Deduction from SPAR.

Went in to SPAR they say its a capitec problem go to Capitec Branch they say "We can't do anything SIR" They try to call Head Office their lines are down.

They ask me to go to SPAR to get my money back.... WOW nice one Capitec Capitec your service sucks
