Your Money is not save in the capitec bank

Capitec does not protect and has not insured the monies of its customers. I was ****med and strange people debited my money R 3 400 in my capitec acc while trying to reach the bank. the money was not even withdrawn where I attempted to withdraw in seconds. Blogged my card and logged my complain, They sent me a msg and said they will investigate. When they come back to me they tell me that the last debit was R 400 when i was speaking to them on the phone so that is how much they will pay me. So our money is not save in this bank.
