Your money is not safe with Capitec when ***** is involved.

I was hijacked on the 27 May 2022 where i was kept hostage, tied up and thrown in the my own car bot where i was take to a location that i dont know and the hijackers opened my phone with my fingerprint and tortured me to give the pin numbers of my bank cards where they withdrew all the money in the bank account.

When I reported this case to capitec at one of their branches they ddnt even open ***** cause or anything. They just blocked my old card and phone number and gave me a new card. This bank is very ***********. Not even an investigation was done of the ***** and i was told there is nothing they can do.
