Your money is not safe with Capitec Bank

To say I a appauled in an understatement, It seems from my perspective that Capitec is working with ****mers and *****sters to **** their clients of money. I was ****med 2 weeks ago of R22 000. I called Capitec to reverse all the money i paid into the Capitec business ****mers account and I was told the turn around time is 14 to 21 days, I called on friday 15th March to my shock I was told that my case has not even been allocated to someone to attend to. It has not been accepted in the guys specific words, how shocking, while you are deciding if my case will be attended to or not what happens to my funds?????? I AM SHOCKED AND THIS JUST PROVES MY CASE THAT YOU ARE WORKING WITH ****MERS TO **** YOUR CLIENTS OF THEIR HARD ERARNED MONEY. How do you tell me 2 weeks later my case has not even been attended to. Your money is not safe with Capitec, do yourself a favour and dont wait to learn the hard way like I did. I have always heard such stories about Capitec and didnt believe it until now. How do ****mers open a business account and they are still allowed to operate as though they are not ****ming people?????
