Your money is not safe in that bank.

<p>Earlier on the 28th of September 2016 i got a call from a lady that was calling from one of Capitec branches in Cape Town to ask if I've taken a cellphone contract as there's someone trying to debit money from my account, i told her i didn't. Later that day I tried to withdraw money from my account at an ATM, to my surprise a slip showed that i had insufficient funds. I went inside the bank to find out what's going on, my money (R5000) was transferred to some account i don't even know and I was sent to the police station to open a case and i did. I went back to the old Worcester branch on the 29th to speak to the manager, hoping he would assist me but they kept on sending me from pillar to post. They refused to tell me who this recipient is or reverse my money. I decided to call the lady that called me the previous day, she said my money was withdrawn from one of Capitec branches, she saw it happen but refused to tell me who did this horrible thing to me. Oh and i am not getting any notifications on my phone because they did a sim swap on my number, as we speak i am deregistered from my network (MTN). Tomorrow i am going back to the police station with that information, but i wanna warn you all "Your money is not safe at Capitec Bank"</p>
