Your loans department doesn't communicate
Your direct lending department is swaak. Sent in all the information needed to your agent, at 8 this morning, its now 12pm, no email back, no communication about my query, nothing.
Is this called looking after your client? This is really swaak. One day I will leave, and leave for good.
