Your forensics needs psychiatric evaluation

Not happy with bank I trusted it but it disappointed me , my account has been frozen countless times and it was reactivated, but I had never gotten an apology, now I am sceptical of using this bank account for huge amount of money because I don't know if my account will be frozen for no reason, I think you forensics needs psychiatric evaluation.
