Your collectors gone rougue
Good day Capitec, I had a loan with, I am saying had because I paid it off on the 25th of October 2019. I have been paying it through ARA Group, but since It was paid they have gone rouge. I have been sending emails for a settlement letter to no avail. Today I get an SMS saying I did not pay as promised which is ridiculous. Now since they have a relationship with you, they would have updated you a long time ago with my settle, Pleas help me sort this **** out.
