You only find out how good a bankis when you run into technical difficulties. I have been with them 3 years. First that they decline payment insufficent funds. There fault. 6 days not resolved. They don't respond to any emails. Poor, poor conflict resolution skills. Shift blame to customer. Stay well clear. Understand now why there are long ques at their branches.
