It’s been a month since we submit life cover claim at Capitec they been telling us that they’ll get back to us and they don’t when I call them the last time they told me life cover takes 21days and the other day I call again they told me they can’t find the claims I need to go back to the branch and submit the claim or email the insurance claim I did and sent the everything but nothing until now no feed back or an update at all
