You Letting us down as your Customers

I am exremely angry with Capitec today I might have won R55.5 Billion in Lottoland but I couldnt pay because they saying they no longer allow their users pay for gambling using their cards but I must go to Capitec Pay and when you go there , there is no Lottoland but they have all the others like Holywood bet and Betway

On their WhatsApp line no help ,you send and email it takes forever to get a responce back
