I don’t understand why a bank will limit you so much on an immediate withdrawal and put a number of only 5 withdrawals yet we live in an environment of uncer*****y and uncertain economic conditions. Another bank do make an exception with medical emergencies but no Capitec will tell the product is designed that way. If you have issues take a loan.NONSENSE

23 Jul 2025, 12:33I hate the way this bank treats it’s customers, I need funds released immediately I am diabetic and need the money for my insulin. Should I be hospitalised first before they see it is a medical emergency. Stop tell me about the 5 withdrawals a month. Who did you consult to see 5 withdrawals are enough?
