you have no right to make decisions on my behalf

<p>Hi there.</p> <p>I have a loan with you guys and you helped me out big time, thank you for that.</p> <p>What I don't understand is why take decisions on my behalf. I've never called you guys to arrange that you don't take your money during December time. Now it appears on my credit score as im not paying you guys.</p> <p>Next time please consult with your clients on whether they want you to stop taking money don't decide for us. I should be done with my loan by now but thanks to you I'm in areas. </p>
