YOU DON'T QUALIFY FOR A CREDIT CARD!

I have a savings account with Capitec to which my salary is deposited. I app**** for a credit line facility (credit card)of an amount R15000 today at the Capitec Sancadia branch. Was shocked to be told that I, despite having a good credit score and a good nett salary double the required amount, don't qualify for a credit card, yet I qualify for a personal loan. When I asked why, the lady helping me was not sure and speculated that it could be because of the fact that I am a contract worker and that my contract ends 30th April 2027! How strange! Now I have to change banks to one that is willing to offer a better service! Goodbye Capitec!
