You cant close my credit card with a credit balance. SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been unable to purchase goods over the Internet with my credit card. I went to Randburg Bel Air Mall to enquire and to make sure my card was in order ready as i will be travelling aboard. I was told i was not registered for Internet on the card however if they wanted to change it I would be charged. I requested the credit card to be closed and all the funds paid into my savings account. I was asked how much i wanted and I advised i wanted the credit amount. Well this was way to confusing for the agent. She contacted head office and they advised to debit the account with more than was the credit balance. I asked if i would get charged as was advised "maybe"

I want my credit card closed and the funds transferred to my savings. Your staff should be able to advise client and provide them with the CORRECT information. I will rather bank with a bank who wants to assist me and wants me as a client.
