You are more useless than my current bank

I can hardly believe I have had problems with your bank on two occasions, both times I have wandered about moving my accounts to Capitec and both times you guys have dropped the ball.<br> I enquired regarding a personal loan, your consultant quoted me an amount I might qualify for as well as a repayment but can not calculate the interest rate on that repayment.<br> I could do it and I don't even have matric maths. It is nearly the same insane over the top ridiculous interest rate my current bank is charging me.<br> Thank you for helping me on the right path to some one else
