I had a bad experience i tried to withdraw money from a fnb atm with my capitec card,loadshedding disrupted the transaction so money was taken off my account but i received no money! As minimum wage income earner this is our only income asa result we have no food or electricity this week! I have reported the matter and was told there is a 30 day waiting period i find this unacceptable i would really like some help as phoning brings no joy!
