Year end reviews

Now as I stated that I am giving yearly reviews about some businesses with things I have a knowledge and somethings that caught the eyes and ears. This is just one thing I would like to get some answers on cause to me it make no sense. Looking back when we were ****med in the beginning of this year 2023 with the amount of R14 000 from a pretending company on Facebook who sell vehicles. After filing a case with Capitec bank we got the final answer that we will not get compensate by the lost of our funds. We also filled a case at the SAPD who contacted me a few months back to state that they are going to close the case as they are not able to catch this ****mers. Now the funny thing is that this ****mers are still operating as they did before on Facebook still using Capitec bank accounts to get their ****ming money and the reason I know it is because one of my sons friend's also got ****med by them about months ago. Exactly the same way we were ****med. Now I would like to know Capitec is the first bank I know of that we're using fingerprints for banking. To open an account you give your finger print, to get access to any of their services like loans, credit or even your own account they take fingerprints now as we all know there is not 2 people who has the same fingerprint how the hell can't this ****mers be caught and why the hell are they still using Capitec accounts to do their ****ming. So not even fingerprint safety are safe is this what Capitec are saying? Correct me if I am wrong today.
