Xenophobic attitude

Am a chartered accountant and a registered auditor by profession. I have my critical s****s permit. I opened an account with capitec bank in July. After a week my account was put on hold without any notification. I was inconvenienced by that. I am now asking them to close my account they are refusing and this is preventing me from getting services from other banks.

I want Capitec bank to delete my profile with them.
