Wrongly transfers

My problem is I transferred money to the wrong number then I went to the bank to ask for assistance to reverse the money back to me, to my suprise Capitec can't do that. They must ask permission to the person received money wrongly if money can be released back. I thnk you are failing us on that one. Please look into this because it is not fair to me as I lost money and my bank can't help me. I though it will be quickly reversed to me or freeze the account of that person. But I'm still waiting.
