Wrongfully closed account

It has been three months since Capitec Bank closed my bank without proper investigation. I provided all the necessary documents to prove that I am not involved in any *****ulent activity however they did not even have a look at the documents. They just concluded to close my account and my concern is my business funds that are still in the account that i don’t have any access to. My business is being negatively affected by this. I would like my account to be opened.
