Wrongful lending !!!

<p>Goodmorning</p> <p>a couple of months back I was in need of a loan ASAP and Capitec gave me around 100 000 when I was on a 12 month contract with my employer ,they confirmed employment with Fnb my previous employer and got back to me informing me I can come to the branch .my contract is now finished and can't pay the loan further and according to the nca of SA when on a contract you cannot be lended a large amount of money that you will not be able to pay back yet the amount was given to me ,I called the collection department today and the agent I spoke to knew absolutely nothing about the nca and working for a bank that is very wrong clearly hence I was given the large amount of money without confirming if I was perm /temp/contract .capitec needs to train they staff well as they call themselves a bank and stop explotting consumers.i refuse to pay this loan further and also don't expect to be blacklisted as I suppose to be told that I can't qualify for a loan but cause the agent wanted a sell he didn't inform me of that now that the contract has ended ,where does Capitec expect me to get the money to pay them ?i suggest you guys also train your staff well about lending money to consumers in SA ,for your company will be running on a loss.</p> <p>mapule msengane </p> <p> ********** 884083</p>
